Truffle - flavoured Chianina meat tartare

In order to prepare  truffle - flavoured Chianina meat tartare  squeeze garlic with garlic presses into a bowl containing oil.
  • Add lemon juice
  • 2 pinches of salt and emulsify
  • Pour seasoning sauce over the meat and stir.

Prepare meat nibbles (you can mould the meat with round pastry rings) and garnish with Parmesan Cheese flakes and truffle- flavoured blasamic glaze.
