Tagliatelle with truffle-flavoured genovese pesto

In a large pot boil water, salt it and put tagliatelle to cook them following the cooking time indicated on the pasta box. Put butter in a large pan and melt it, add truffle- flavoured pesto genovese sauce, stir and add cream in order to obtain a creamy sauce.

Drain tagliatelle (keep some of the tagliatelle water) and put them in the pan with truffle- flavoured pesto genovese sauce, flavour the pasta over a low flame, add salt if necessary and some pasta water in case tagliatelle are too dry.
