Pappardelle with white truffle seasoning

Cook papardelle in a pot with boiling water. Prepare any seasoning in a saucepan with a bit of white truffle- flavoured condiment.

Add pappardelle to the seasoning in the saucepan and put some more white truffle- flavoured condiment while frying quickly for a minute.

If pappardelle are too dry, add some pasta water or some more white truffle-flavoured condiment.
