Pasta with shrimps and truffle-flavoured seasoning

Put water in a pot, boil it and put some short pasta.

Cook shrimps over a low flame while waiting for the pasta to get cooked.

You can prepare some embellishment of the plate, for example boiled asparagus or some emulsion.

Drain the pasta, add shrimps and a bit of truffle- flavoured seasoning. Put the pasta into a plate and garnish with some flakes of truffles.
