Tortellini with truffle flavoured cep cream

Cook tortellini in abundant quantity of salted water. Put cream and truffle- flavoured cep cream in a pan for heating the sauce up.

Drain tortellini and put them into the sauce. Mix them thoroughly and put into plates with slices of truffles and a bit of oil.
