Tagliolini with truffle-flavoured butter

Put butter in a saucepan and melt it over a low flame.
Add Muscat nut, salt and abundant grated black truffle.
Stir the ingredients for blending them well and flavouring the sauce.
Boil abundant water and add salt.
put tagliolini and cook them for 9 minutes or following the cooking time indicated on the pasta box.
Drain taglioni cooked al dente and put them in an oven pan. Season with truffle- flavoured butter and stir to flavour tagliolini. Put grained fresh truffles and, if you like, a bit of pepper.
